All players are continually assessed and placed into groups with players of similar ability.
There will be one (1) preseason training session per week beginning after March Break, and two (2) training sessions per week and one (1) game component per week beginning mid May.
o Sessions will be 55 minutes in length.
NEW: ALL 2016 players who wish to be considered for the skill centre program must register AND attend the Open ID Sessions.

All 2012 interested players must take part in the tryout process which will be held late February/early March. Registration is completed using your PowerUp account.
DC 1 Entry: 2012 Players can register directly into the DC 1 tryouts if they choose not to register and attend the Regional level tryouts.
