WOSC will be offering a weekly 1/2 day summer soccer camp for players born from 2020-2018.  This fun-filled outdoor camp will offer a week of activities focusing both on the children’s physical literacy as well as their development of soccer skills.  Sign your child up for 1 week, or several weeks, and let them explore the beautiful game with us!

Length:  Camps will run weekly starting on June 30th, with the final camp week starting on July 28th.

Location:  John Young Elementary School (5 Morton Drive in Kanata).  This location is not yet confirmed.

Time:  Camp will run from 9am-12pm.  Early drop off available at 8:30am and late pick up available at 12:30pm for no extra cost.

NOTE:  The first week of camp will be a 4 day camp, starting on June 30th, with no camp on Tuesday, July 1st.

At our 2025 Representative Summer Camp players will be encouraged to display their skills and creativity.  We aim to create a challenging yet fun environment to stimulate learning.

WHO: WOSC Representative (competitive) U9-U12 players are automatically registered for their camp week as it is included with their skill centre registration.

Frequently Asked Questions for Rep Camps:

Will the camp still run if it is raining? Yes, players should dress appropriately.

What happens if there is thunder/lightning? One parent or guardian is required to be on standby. WOSC staff will email the parent/guardian group if the day needs to be cancelled due to inclement weather.

How will players be grouped? Players will be grouped based on ability.

Are snacks/sunscreen provided? No, players are required to bring their own snacks, water and sunscreen.

Are we required to bring a ball? Yes, all players are required to bring a properly pumped size 4 soccer ball.

There is a PUMA size 4 ball available at our online store by clicking here. When you order your ball, you can have it delivered to Thunderbird (1927 Richardson Side Road) for pick up. Any questions about these orders can be sent to admin@wosc.com.

What soccer gear should my child wear? WOSC prefers for players to wear their PUMA gear if they have it, however, it is not mandatory. Those who do not have WOSC gear are encouraged to wear a red or black shirt.

WOSC’s kids summer camp is open to all young players, regardless of skill and experience, born between the years of 2017 (U8) to 2013 (U12).

Campers will enhance their soccer skills, build lasting friendships, and embrace the thrill of the game in a fun and supportive environment.

In just one week of camp, players can get more touches on the soccer ball than they do in a full rec season. Players will be grouped based on ability and age where necessary.

Mornings are dedicated to soccer lessons and small group activities.  Afternoons focus more on small sided games and bigger group events.

Each week has a different theme that allows for the kids have varied experiences throughout the summer. Make sure to check out the week’s special event when registering!

Maximum of 45 players per week, register early to avoid disappointment!

WHERE: Wesley Clover Park (401 Corkstown Rd.)

POOL TIME: Kids will have 1-hour swim-time at Corkstown Public to Pool (61 Corkstown Rd.) on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.

GATORADE CUP: On Fridays, players will faceoff in a spirited competition to showcase the skills they’ve learned throughout the week.  The tournament is a celebration of the hard work and dedication put in by each and every player.

TRANSPORTATION: Yellow school bus transportation will be provided to events and back to Wesley Clover for 4:00pm each day.
