For those players who are graduating from the Youth Recreation League or have graduated in previous years, WOSC is proud to offer a fun and challenging Adult Recreation League for players eligible to play Open Age Soccer.

Age: Born in 2004 or earlier.
League: WOSC Adult Open Age Recreation League.

Commitment: Teams play one (1) game per week and there is an end of season tournament on Sunday, August 20.

Complete teams can be entered into this Recreation League. Otherwise, teams will be formed based on the WOSC playing Regions:  Kanata North, Kanata South, Richmond/Munster and Stittsville. Gather your friends to form a complete team or register as a group and play on the same team.

Home games will be played within the selected playing Region.  Away games will be played in the other Regions.

All teams will receive a set of uniforms from the club and a set of team equipment consisting of Practice balls, Game ball, corner flags, first aid kit and net pegs.

Games will be played on Sundays starting on May 28, 2023.

Game start times are 6.30pm or 8:30pm depending on field availability.  Exact start times will be provided by the Convener closer to the start of the season.  Practice time will be available after May 15, 2023 dependent on the opening of City fields.  

NOTES for Men: No games will be played on July 2, 2023 or August 6, 2023. Therefore, two (2) league games will be played on Wednesdays.

Games will also be played on Wednesdays if there is an odd number of teams in the league or for any canceled games.

NOTES for Women: No games will be played on July 2, 2023 or August 6, 2023. Therefore, two (2) league games will be played on Thursdays.

Games will also be played on Thursdays if there is an odd number of teams in the league or for any canceled games.

WOSC will be running two leagues for Adult Women Over 30 and Over 50 for this summer:

• Friday night 7’s at Wesley Clover Park (Women Over 50)
• Sunday night 11’s at Walter Baker Park (Women Over 30, Over 50)

For Women & Men born in 2005 or earlier.  The Women’s & Men’s divisions are ideal for those players looking to play at a high competitive caliber.  Assessments for these teams will occur in April; please login to PowerUp and register for one of the Competitive Trial products.

Age: Born in 2004 or earlier.

League: The OCSL provides Premier to Competitive C5 divisions for both men and women.

Commitment: Teams generally participate in one (1) game and two (2) practices per week at the Premier level. 

Game Day Field Location: Home games will be played in the West end. Your away games will be played in the Ottawa-Carleton region.

Current Teams: WOSC currently has teams in the following divisions: 

• Women: x1 – WP team
• Men: x1 – MP team 

Player Assessments: Interested players are invited to attend Player Assessments. Assessment schedules will be posted to www.wosc.com. Players that are interested in playing on one of WOSC’s Women’s and Men’s Premier teams must send an email to Scott Stuart at adults@wosc.com,  Adult Coordinator, to request a player assessment.

Player Assessments: Interested players are invited to attend Player Assessments. Assessment schedules will be posted to www.wosc.com once we get the all clear to return to play. • Women:  1 – WR1 team, 1 – WR2 team
• Men: We are aiming to add team spots available for this division. Check back on this page for more information at a later date.

Player Placement: Players that are interested in playing on an OCSL Recreation team must send an email to Scott Stuart at adults@wosc.com,  Adult Coordinator, to request placement on a team. There is room to register as a team to other recreation divisions.

League: The OCSL provides OT1 to OT6 divisions for men.

Commitment: Teams participate in one (1) game week.

Game Day Field Location: Home games will be played in the West end. Your away games will be played in the Ottawa Carleton region.
