For those players who are graduating from the Youth Recreation League or have graduated in previous years, WOSC is proud to offer a fun and challenging Adult Recreation League for players eligible to play Open Age Soccer.

Age: Born in 2006 or earlier.
League: WOSC Adult Open Age Recreation League.

Commitment: Teams play one (1) game per week and there is an end of season tournament.

Complete teams can be entered into this Recreation League. Otherwise, teams will be formed based on the WOSC playing Regions:  Kanata North, Kanata South, Richmond/Munster and Stittsville. Gather your friends to form a complete team or register as a group and play on the same team.

Home games will be played within the selected playing Region.  Away games will be played in the other Regions.

All teams will receive a set of uniforms from the club and a set of team equipment consisting of Practice balls, Game ball, corner flags, first aid kit and net pegs.

Games will be played on Sundays.

Game start times are 6.30pm or 8:30pm depending on field availability.  Exact start times will be provided by the Convener closer to the start of the season.  Practice time will be available after May 15, 2023 dependent on the opening of City fields.  

NOTES for Men: Games will also be played on Wednesdays if there is an odd number of teams in the league or for any canceled games.

NOTES for Women: Games will also be played on Thursdays if there is an odd number of teams in the league or for any canceled games.

Teams will participate in a one day year-end Tournament on Sunday, August 17.

WOSC will be running an Adult Women’s Over 30 League for this summer:

Sunday night 11’s at Walter Baker Park.

2025 Women’s Over 30 League Sunday’s 11’s

$3028 for Outdoor Team Registration. HST included. This does not include jerseys/goalkeeper gloves and does not include a year end tournament.

Games will be held at Walter Baker Park (Kanata).

Game Days: Sundays (no games on long weekends).

Friday night 7’s at Wesley Clover Park.

2025 Women’s Over 50 League Friday’s 7’s

$2450 for Outdoor Team Registration. HST included. This does not include jerseys/goalkeeper gloves and does not include a year end tournament (separate registration for that).

Games will be held at Wesley Clover Park (Corkstown Rd.).

Game Days: Fridays (no games on long weekends).

For Women & Men born in 2006 or earlier.  The Women’s & Men’s divisions are ideal for those players looking to play at a high competitive caliber.  Assessments for these teams will occur in April; please login to PowerUp and register for one of the Competitive Trial products.

Age: Born in 2007 or earlier.

League: The OCSL provides Premier to Competitive C5 divisions for both men and women.

Commitment: Teams generally participate in one (1) game and two (2) practices per week at the Premier level. 

Game Day Field Location: Home games will be played in the West end. Your away games will be played in the Ottawa-Carleton region.

Player Assessments: Interested players are invited to attend Player Assessments. Assessment schedules will be posted to www.wosc.com. Players that are interested in playing on one of WOSC’s Women’s and Men’s Premier teams must send an email to Stacy Coulterman at coulterman@wosc.com,  Adult Coordinator, to request a player assessment.

Game Day Field Location: Home games will be played in the West end. Your away games will be played in the Ottawa Carleton region.

Players that are interested in playing on one of WOSC’s Competitive teams must send an email to Stacy Coulterman at coulterman@wosc.com,  Adult Coordinator, to request a player assessment.

League: OCSL provides Recreation 1 to Recreation 6 divisions for both men and women.

Commitment: Teams generally participate in one (1) game.

Game Day Field Location: Home games will be played in the West end. Your away games will be played in the Ottawa Carleton region.

Player Placement: Players that are interested in playing on an OCSL Recreation team must send an email to Stacy Coulterman at coulterman@wosc.com,  Adult Coordinator, to request placement on a team. There is room to register as a team to other recreation divisions.

League: The OCSL provides OT1 to OT6 divisions for men.

Commitment: Teams participate in one (1) game week.

Game Day Field Location: Home games will be played in the West end. Your away games will be played in the Ottawa Carleton region.
