CPL Championship Trophy Makes Special Visit to the Dome

The Dome played host to a memorable moment last week as the Canadian Premier League (CPL) Championship trophy arrived for a special visit, giving players and staff a rare opportunity to see the league’s top prize up close.

The trophy was brought in by longtime club supporter Bruce Hartill, alongside Ballou Tabla and WOSC alumnus Jason Hartill. Fresh off Atlético Ottawa’s championship-winning season, the visit served as an inspiring moment for everyone involved, bridging the gap between grassroots development and the highest level of the professional game in Canada.

For players, the experience went beyond simply seeing the trophy. It was a chance to connect with individuals who have lived the game at an elite level, gaining insight and motivation from those who understand what it takes to reach the top.

The club extends its sincere gratitude to Bruce Hartill for his continued commitment to the sport and to the community. His passion, experience, and positive presence continue to leave a lasting impact within the club and serve as a powerful example for the next generation of players.
