Hosted by West Ottawa Soccer Club, the tournament will take place in Ottawa, Ontario, with all games scheduled on Saturday. Teams will play in age-based adult divisions, with three games planned for each team where possible. The tournament will follow the IFAB Laws of the Game, with event-specific modifications outlined in the official tournament rules.

The tournament will feature the following divisions:
West Ottawa Soccer Club reserves the right to combine, adjust, or expand divisions depending on team registration numbers.
Teams must be properly registered with their Provincial, State, or National Association. Players must be registered for the applicable outdoor season with their district or governing body.
Teams from outside the Eastern Ontario Soccer district may be required to provide an approved travel permit. Out-of-province teams may also be required to provide proof of insurance.
Each team may roster up to 20 players, and only players listed on the official game sheet will be eligible to play. Guest players may be permitted with the appropriate approvals.
This one-day Ottawa adult soccer tournament is built for a smooth and enjoyable experience, with:
Teams are asked to arrive at the field ready to play at least 15 minutes before kick-off.
The tournament will follow the IFAB Laws of the Game, except where modified by the official tournament rules. Unlimited substitutions are permitted at approved stoppages with the referee’s approval.
WOSC maintains a zero-tolerance policy for abusive, vulgar, or inappropriate behaviour toward players, coaches, referees, event staff, facility staff, or spectators. Coaches and team officials are responsible for the conduct of their teams and spectators.
Teams will earn points as follows:
Tie-breakers will be applied in the following order: head-to-head result, goal differential, goals for, goals against, most shutouts, and coin toss.
