The winter competitive programs consist of 1 of 2 weekly training session formats plus a game (7v7).

1)Competitive: 1 x 90 minute TURF session + 1 x 90 minute gym session, weekly.

OR

2)Competitive: 1 x 90 minute TURF session + 1 x 1 hour gym session, weekly.

Dome training sessions will take place at the Mega Dome or Thunderbird Domes.

• All players need to bring a properly pumped size 4 ball to each session. There is a PUMA ball available at our online store by clicking here.

Sessions will focus on skill development with an emphasis on decision-making in small-sided gameplay.  

• Uniform/Club Gear package must be purchased at an additional cost. All players are required to purchase the PUMA kit. Those who already have the items are not required to purchase the new kit again.
