Archived Status Updates Regarding COVID-19 & WOSC Programs

Updated on Monday, July 19th, 2021:

Hello Warriors,
As you all know, Ontario entered into STEP 3 last week.  Ontario Soccer, WOSC’s governing body, has updated their Return to Play Guide for STEP 3.  As a sanctioned Club, WOSC must also update our protocols to match those stated by Ontario Soccer. Please CAREFULLY read the protocols in the attached document.

We would like to highlight the important changes:

  1. Spectators must always wear a mask. This is mandated by Ontario Soccer and WOSC will continue to follow the protocols they put in place to ensure we create the safest environment possible. Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action.
  2. For ALL U9-U17 ERSL games (home and away), every family is required to check-in with the designated individual who is responsible for tracking spectator attendance. This may be a team manager or another parent/guardian volunteer. Check with your head coach/manager to find out who that individual is. Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action.
  3. Thank you for your understanding and helping keep everyone safe.
